Who are GT Locksmiths?
GT Locksmiths are a Master Locksmiths Association (MLA) Approved Company. GT Locksmiths was established in 2005 by Geoff Thomas having previously had 15 years experience in the family Ironmongers / Locksmith business. After 6 years of operating as just mobile locksmithing, we opened our first shop in 2011 in Llandeilo. In May 2023, Geoff’s son Oliver joined the business, having studied Mechanical Engineering at Swansea University. November 2023 saw us move to a new, larger shop in Parc Bryers, Dryslwyn.

GT Locksmiths are approved by the Master Locksmiths Association. To gain this license, we have had specialist training, passed MLA examinations, and had to undergo regular inspections to ensure the MLA’s high standards are being met. The inspection process looks at the workmanship of its members and their operatives. The association also requires members to conform to legal requirements and have systems in place for delivering customer satisfaction. The MLA Logo is used by all MLA Approved Locksmiths on their premises, vehicles, websites and stationary. The confirms that they are meeting the Association’s required standards.
